Prior to graduating, a student must complete a graduation audit. This graduation audit ensures that a student is on track to graduate. During this meeting a student may apply for his/her degree.

If you are graduating in December 2013, you may apply for your degree through myUK -> myRecords -> Apply for Degree.  If you are graduating in May 2013 and have not applied for your degree, please contact the Advising Resource Center immediately (859-257-3468).

The University of Kentucky Commencement Ceremony will be Sunday, May 5th at 1:00 p.m. in Rupp Arena.   You may sign up for commencement at www.uky.edu/commencement. 

If your major is Dietetics, Family Science, Career & Technical Education - Family & Consumer Sciences Education, Hospitality Management & Tourism, Human Nutrition or Merchandising, Apparel & Textiles please schedule an appointment through myUK -> myInfo -> myAppointments -> College of Agriculture -> Graduation Audit with Louise Gladstone. You will meet with Mrs. Gladstone in 112 Erikson Hall. Before coming to your appointment, please run a degree audit on APEX. Mrs. Gladstone will review your degree progress with you and answer any questions you may have.

If your major is Agricultural Biotechnology, Agricultural Economics, Animal Sciences, Career & Technical Education - Ag. Education, Community Communications & Leadership Development, Entomology, Equine Science & Management, Food Science, Forestry, Landscape Architecture, Natural Resource Conservation & Management, Natural Resources & Environmental Science, Horticulture, Plant & Soil Science or Sustainable Agriculture, you will meet with Susan Skees. If you intend to graduate in August or December 2013, please schedule an appointmet through myUK -> myInfo -> myAppointments -> College of Agriculture -> Graduation Audit with Susan Skees now.  Graduation audits will be February 5-March 8 and April 21-26.  You will meet with Mrs. Skees in N8 Ag. Science Bldg. North to review your academic progress and apply for your degree. The appointment generally lasts about 30 minutes.
